Robinhood Telehealth Refund & Subscription Policy
1. Overview
Robinhood Telehealth provides coaching, administrative support, and access to independent licensed medical providers. Because prescription medications are regulated products, pharmacy laws strictly limit returns and refunds once medications have been dispensed.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Prescription Medications & Pharmaceutical Products
All prescription medications and compounded pharmaceutical products are considered final sale once they have been processed by the pharmacy.
Due to federal and state regulations:
Prescription medications cannot be returned.
Dispensed medications cannot be reused or resold.
Refunds cannot be issued after pharmacy fulfillment has occurred.
If an independent licensed medical provider determines that you are not medically approved for treatment, you will not be charged for medication, or you will receive a full refund if payment was already collected.
Experiencing side effects, adverse reactions, or a change of mind does not qualify for a refund. If you have medical concerns, contact your licensed provider through the patient portal. In an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate in-person medical care.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations Before Fulfillment
Orders are often processed quickly after submission.
If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].
Please note:
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once medical review or pharmacy processing has started.
If an order is successfully canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative processing fee.
Once medication has been fulfilled by the pharmacy, no refund will be issued.
4. Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms
Many Robinhood Telehealth programs are offered on a recurring subscription basis.
By enrolling in a subscription program, you agree that:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
To avoid your next renewal charge, you must cancel at least 72 hours before your next billing date.
Cancellations may be made through your account portal under Manage Subscription, if available, or by contacting support at [email protected].
If a renewal payment is processed and the order is canceled before pharmacy fulfillment, a refund may be issued minus a $99 administrative fee.
Once medication has been processed or shipped, the order is final and non-refundable.
5. Mid-Cycle Cancellations
If you cancel after a billing cycle has already started:
You remain responsible for the full cost of the current billing cycle.
Your cancellation will apply only to future renewals.
No prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the current cycle.
6. Important Regulatory Notice
Robinhood Telehealth does not manufacture medications and does not practice medicine. All medical evaluations, treatment decisions, and prescriptions, when appropriate, are made solely by independent licensed healthcare providers.
This policy is intended to comply with applicable pharmacy regulations and federal guidelines governing prescription medications.
